The Churri Infiltration Gallery Subproject is designed to enhance irrigation efficiency and ensure sustainable water use. It consists of three core components: (1) an Infiltration Gallery constructed to capture and divert subsurface water, (2) Perennial Channels developed to transport and distribute water reliably to agricultural fields, and (3) a Protection Bund built to protect the system and nearby land from floods, erosion, and other natural hazards. Together, these structures improve water availability, agricultural productivity, and community resilience.
