The Balochistan Water Resources Development Sector Project is an ambitious initiative transforming our province’s water management. This project reflects our commitment to sustainable water use and climate resilience, addressing water scarcity while enhancing agriculture and mitigating flood risks.
With strategic subprojects in the Zhob and Mula River basins, we aim to improve irrigation, ensure equitable distribution, and boost productivity. Our focus remains on delivering technically sound, economically viable, and environmentally and socially responsible solutions.
I thank the Asian Development Bank, Government of Pakistan, and all implementing partners—especially the Irrigation Department, PMO, and PIO—for their dedication. Together, we are shaping a more secure and prosperous future for Balochistan. Let us remain united in delivering this vital project.
